Bought 3 of these, 1 for wife and 2 for kids to use striper fishing. First one tore up on the first fishing trip and the other 2 didn’t make it through 3 total fishing trips. Something comes apart that engages and dis-engages the reel. -easy5580 on Basspro.com

When I saw the 700i was rated for salt I could not get one quick enough. I have used it a few times and what a reel! I refilled it with Fireline 14 pound line when I first got it and it cast further than imaginable with a Carolina rig and a 1/2 oz. weight. -Joe on Amazon.com

penn are best company for LH (left-handed) reels but the only lever drag 1 i found as a penn 246 which is WAY too big -paulo on boat-angling-ireland.com
