Breeding Bacteria
It's not necessarily a bad thing, you know.
This is my third consecutive batch of yogurt, using the last batch as starter for the the next. I'm seeing a real improvement from batch to batch. I can almost pour the whey off without a strainer now.
This did "cook" for about 20 hours. I'm hoping soon that it will look like this in 8 or less.
I'm doing a small (10 - 12 oz of milk) batch every day.
